Directors' Declaration
In the opinion of the Directors of Zimbabwe Platinum Mines
Limited:
- the financial statements and
notes, set out on pages 60 to 80, have been prepared in
accordance with Guernsey Law, including:
- giving a true and fair view
of the financial position of the Company and the consolidated
entity as at 30 June 2001 and of their performance, as
represented by the results of their operations and their
cash flows, for the year ended on that date; and
- complying with International
Accounting Standards and Guernsey Law; and
- there are reasonable grounds
to believe that the Company and its subsidiaries will be
able to meet any obligations or liabilities to which they
are or may become subject.
